Our Story
Fox Law opened in 2005 with its main office in Omagh, County Tyrone. In 2014 Fox Law
acquired legal practises in Castlederg and Strabane. In 2024 Fox Law opened a branch
office in Derry/Londonderry.

Emma Fox specialises in Family Law. She is an accredited member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland Children Order Panel and a panel solicitor with the Court Children’s Guardian Agency. Emma has attained qualifications in Collaborative Family Law and Family Mediation.
Emma is a member of the Law Society Law Tech group and has been invited to speak at Law Tech events in Northern Ireland.
She is Chair of the Omagh Domestic and Sexual Violence Working Group who seek to engage at a local level to improve confidence and trust in the justice system for survivors of domestic abuse.

John Fox specialises in Property Law and Personal Injury Law. He is also an expert in Judicial review proceedings representing high profile clients dealing with important human rights challenges, he is a lead solicitor on the Omagh Bomb Inquiry.
John is a skilled mediator. John gained recognition within his profession by being appointed the first chair of the Independent Consultative Group established by the Law Society of Northern Ireland.
He is also the chair of the Omagh Solicitors Associations.
